Coast Tsawwassen Inn

I stay here on average twice a year and find the location perfect to Tsawassen ferry terminal. Browns Social House is a great restaurant.The suites are a good size, and the beds are comfortable. I’ve always been satisfied with the accommodation and friendly staff.

As I live on Vancouver Island, this place has been my favourite place to stay just before boarding or after getting off the ferry. The hotel has undergone extensive renovations and those of us who have stayed there for the past 25 years appreciate the upgrade. However the rooms are now very expensive. In the old days the restaurant offered fine dining in a quiet atmosphere where you could actually have a conversation with your table-mates without shouting. Now the Browns Social House offers a typical pub atmosphere with loud music and TV screens. Not for me anymore, sorry.

This was my second time in 2 weeks that I stayed here. The first time was really good. Room clean and neat and the hotel stay very friendly. Second time not as good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room had some issues that I let the manager on duty know about. All I got was a sorry and kind of felt like I was brushed off. She did take some notes but I still felt like it was not taken seriously. On a positive note, I forgot one of my cards in the room and was given a call, when I went back to pick it up the ladies at the front were really great.

I was looking for a room late at night after a long twelve hour day of driving, and planning to catch an early ferry. Everything was booked solid, my cell had died, so could not call around, and I was frazzled beyond words. The kind manager at the desk, welcomed me, even though they could not offer me a room... let me charge my phone and regroup. I eventually found a room elsewhere, but will be staying at the Coast Tsawwassen Inn in the future based on the kindness I received there, and the immaculate lobby space. Thank you, I am sorry I did not get your name, but you will be remembered.

Great room and professional staff. My only complaint is that the WiFi was so slow I was not able to stream the movie I wanted to watch. Every other hotel I have stayed at, much cheaper ones, had no issue with this. Perhaps it was just a bad day for your network.Love the walk-in shower and comfy beds.

We really enjoyed our 1-night stay here. We were given chocolates upon check-in and I received text messages from the hotel throughout our stay checking in about how our stay was and if we needed anything, we could just text back. The room was spacious. The two TVs were big and very high definition, both equipped with Chromecasts making it super easy to stream our own content. The living area was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The bedroom was cozy and the bed itself was very comfortable. The hotel has a very modern look and feel to it. Parking was easy and safe. The fitness centre is huge, clean, bright and one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Browns social house right next to the hotel was amazing. Overall, wonderful stay!

This hotel provides a good location, very friendly service, and an excellent breakfast in the lobby each morning. The pillows on the beds were very nice and they were very helpful in terms of the pet policy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had not been at this hotel for several years; our last stay the rooms were dark and dingy and felt dirty. What a change a few years can make!With its recent renovations, the hotel has totally changed. The elevators and hallways are fresh and clean. The rooms now feel bright and modern. Setting in the living room was very comfortable, the bed was also comfortable. Loved the hook on the wall behind the door in place of a coat closet. The fixtures in the bathroom are modern. We were happy to see bottles of product in shower instead of the small tubes other places provide.The breakfast offering was varied. There were lots of options to fit any taste. The staff we interacted with were all pleasant and helpful.We will be back next time we have a stay over on the Mainland.

This was our second stay at Coast Tsawwassen Inn and both time have been fantastic! It's so convenient for catching the morning ferry to Vancouver Island, and everything about the hotel is great. The staff are super friendly and gave us chocolates when we checked in, and parking is convenient. The room is big, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is very good and has a bigger selection than we'd expected, plus Starbucks coffee. I can't say anything negative about this hotel, and we will continue to stay here on all future trips.

Such a great hotel! We only got to stay one night before catching the ferry to the island and I wish it had been longer. The staff were great (and even checked in with us throughout our stay with text messages), and the location couldn't be better. We will definitely be back!
