I was not happy with the service technician that came out. The fix was an $8.00 part, and he was going to charge me 250.00 to source the part, which means to drive 20 minutes to Home Depot to pick it up. Then he said it would cost 800.00 to fix it and replace the part, so I was looking at 1,250.00 plus tax to fix a pin hole leak in my T junction on the main water line.I was also told that I could pay my service call fee which was 55.00 by e-transfer, but the guy wanted payment on site by Visa. Will never call these guys again. Do your research before calling these people and get a few quotes from other plumbers first.

The plumber Kyle was very professional, polite, and on time. He quoted me a price for the job before he even knew if he would need additional parts. He was very social and friendly. The Dishwasher and sink were all working properly! He took his time to explain what he had done and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Thank you!
