Colin did an excellent job with the home inspection. He is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He took us through the home and showed us all the areas that had deficiencies, suggested solutions and asked if we had any questions all along the way. He even spent time explaining how the commercial heating and AC system worked that I wasn't familiar with. His knowledge of building systems, and construction was excellent. The report, which was very thorough and detailed came to me only a few short hours after the inspection. A+
