I have had to call this place 5 times to get a proper set up for an appointment. While I understand a central intake can lose information easily, the ladies on the phone aside the first 2 times were extremely rude and need to get a new job if they can't talk to people nicely.

Nikki is a wonderful case manager, and Jay's a decent therapist. However front desk is off putting, some of the therapists arent really the best (one even pushed to get me to review her as a therapist better) and the programs they offer are few and far between.
