this park has an amazing Frisbee gold course. i play here every other Sunday at 530. if you have never tried disc golf then i would highly recommend checking it out. very laid back and casual. the speedy mart at St Julien and Hamilton sells the discs you will need. it is a lot of fun and the course is free which is the best part!

Fields are nice and bathrooms clean but some shady people were seen scoping out cars in the parking lot.

Watch where you park if you are taking your kiddos to soccer and it's nice enough for people to be playing frisbee golf. The frisbees are hard enough to break a window on a car.

There's a nice sized wash room and a playground with a basketball court, bike path down to the Thames River, couple soccer fields.
