I had very bad experience in this place. Bad and dishonest communication. I called and asked for safety test. Dropped off the car in the morning and was told that would take couple of hours. They will call me if there is anything. I called after 5 hours and nobody answered. Left a message. Drove to the shop and was told power steering is too stiff but they will make a decision soon. Called 2 more times but never had anybody call me back. After a day and a half and 4 calls I drove to the shop and was charged labour for an hour and a half. Nobody ever called me to ask if I want anything done on the car. Never received a quote or definitive explanation on what is going on. Even when I went to pick up the car and asked for explanation I received an invoice and thought everything was listed.The owner clearly didn’t want to explain exactly what is wrong with my vehicle and what it would take to repair. Never received a quote for time and parts ect…I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Replaced a water pump for us. Fast and reasonably priced. Would definitely deal with again!

No help fixing a tire on a Friday morning 10AM. Said they might help the FOLLOWING TUESDAY!!!. Won't be back or recommend.

5 STAR SERVICE! I highly recommend this shop. Great service... went way ABOVE normal client care in helping us out during our holidays. Replaced the A/C compressor in my Jeep Liberty...in this heat wave. Don even lists his cell phone on the business answering machine and we called and talked to him on Canada Day holiday Monday! Even though the shop was busy they took care of us in a timely manner. Don explained the work done...so we understood what he was doing and why. This garage stands behind their work as well. I came back citing that A/C didn't blow as cold as it use to...they recharged and sealed it and checked for leaks and said if we have any issues just come back. We are keeping cool.... Big thanks to Don and his staff.

Absolutely amazing service.Was on our way to our cottages when my sister in law van overheated. Finally allowed the van to cool down while waiting for CAA.Decided to take the chance to make it to the shop which was only 2 mins away.The mechanic greeted us immediately and without hesitation. The main hose to the thermostat and rad was cracked. Which is a special hose would take a few hours to get there.He said give me a minute I might be able to come up with something Prior he had fixed one the other day. Low and behold it workedWe were on our way within 15 mins. With minimal price.I highly recommend this place. 5+ star from us.

Don is very professional. Always explains things clearly, charges reasonable fees, and offers your old parts back to you as proof. Honestly the best mechanic I have ever been to.

I'm from London and I had to go here yesterday because my trucks water pump decided to seize up on me. Luckily don and his wife had no issues changing their plans for the day and fitting me in even though he was busy. They saved our beach day at a fair price.I can't thank you both enough If i could I would give more than 5 stars. Very polite, very friendly, amazing customer service. I will recommend to everyone.
