Energy Source

If you had zero star I would give Energy Source company zero stars. I had a very bad experience with Energy Source . Actually I live in PEI. I didn't have any business with this company. My bank teller registered the wrong payment information and I made two transactions to Energy Source by mistake, an honest mistake. However in trying to receive reimbursement, the Energy Source has ignored me and refused to assist me.One transaction was made on Oct 24 2021 for $1046.00The second transaction was made on Dec 17th 2021 $953.00I called my bank many times and my bank sent request to Energy Source many times but they have never responded to my bank either. I called Energy Source and they asked me stop calling. I don’t think a legitimate Canadian company should be allowed to accept my money with wrong account number, no customer name and no other information. I will use the power of my social media to boycott this company like Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, linked , WhatsApp… ect with more than million people, and I will continue to post review to all of this company's websites until they return the money to me.This company is not a trustworthy company.I do not think it’s a company people can trust.
