Good people. They are bilingual. Reasonable fees for their procedures.Our bulldog has had a cough for several days, we got an emergency appointment same day we called. No guarantee that will always be so, but great service. Our girl appears to have hay fever.

Have never been made to feel so unwelcome and easily dismissed with a sick pet despite having an existing file there. Perhaps the veterinarians give great care but the reception shows no compassion.

I am very pleased the way my beloved dog was taken care of & my small dog too! Very reassuring & capable staff with excellent Vets. Merci!

This is probably the only bad review I’ve ever posted and if I can give less than 1 star I’d do it!!The absolute worst service ever I got in the clinic.I arrive 7 mins late and waited outside because my dog is reactive and there was another big dog waiting inside. I called them to let them know I’ve arrived but outside waiting and they put me on hold. Big dog leaves so I get back in at 2:40pm and the receptionist says they can’t see my dog as I’m 10mins late. I explained I was outside waiting to avoid a potential “dog fight” and that I even called but they put me on hold.Then I accept and just get him gastro food and a young arrogant vet comes out saying I’m 20mins late assuming I just arrived, meanwhile I’m there waiting for over 10mins to get the invoice for the food since they have a new system they don’t seem to know how to operate.It was my first time there and I’ll never step a foot there giving their unprofessionalism and arrogance.

I have been going here for years and love the receptionists and the vets. Great compassion ❤️

The technician and vet were really nice and answered my questions. I didn't like that we couldn't stay in the room during exam and vaccines. Seems to be a covid thing but certainly was not expecting this and didn't feel comfortable with it as a first experience

They told us flat out that they don't take any more customers. Happy campers !

Very professional, but not the warmest Veterinary clinic I have visited. I think your milage may vary depending on which Veterinarian you see with your pet. You can ask for the Veterinarian you want, so do your research. See which Veterinarians work there and then Google to see their rating. Good health and long life to your pet.

Every time I come for the renewal of vaccines I always have this bad person who receives me at home. I still wonder why she stays working there if she does not like her work. Really not nice!

Our Vet Dr.Mance is amazing. Good and knowledgeable staff, very accommodating.
