leQube Apartments

Will be booking again for our trip next year! Our first trip to Montreal this past New Years and this place made it even better. Clean, kitchen had all we needed, great location as there are many different businesses close by and less than 10mins to the metro station. With the street being as busy as it was, our room was quiet and no outside noise affected us. Our first time using a checkin method like the one offered and although I was a little apprehensive, it couldn't have been easier or gone smoother. Staff was helpful when I had concerns and I highly recommend this as the place to stay if you're looking for a real Montreal experience!

First off, positive reviews of this place date back 2-3 years ago. The actual state of the place is reflected by the more recent reviews. I concur with what was said - dirty unit, not cleaned properly, floors, tables, bathroom visiably dirty. Unit is in a state of disrepair - bathroom sink blocked, burnt out light bulbs (4 in total) in an already inadequaltely ligthed area, wobbly chair, wobbly lamp shades, wobbly dresser unit. Bedding does not seem clean - what I mean, the duvet and the bedding under the sheet and the pillow. Inadequately stocked kitchen, dirty coffee machine and kettle. There are coffee packs and detergent for the dishwasher, but no sugar or cream or even tea.The outside washer does not work. The front door does not close properly. The unit looks nice from the downstairs lobby. It is rated as a two star unit, but I would say closer to 1- 1.5 star.No one answers the Urgency Phone" - it is hit and miss

The apartment was phenomenal. It has a modern, luxurious look and has everything one could want, including kitchen with refrigerator and dish-washer, TV with Netflix access, etc... This was my first time staying in Montreal and, from here on out, I know where I'll be going to stay. Great part of town (Plateau) with lots of good eating places and cafes. Easy access to the rest of Montreal. Very safe. Nothing to dislike and at a relatively good price. Congratulations to LeQube for delivering a great experience.

First, this is incorrectly labelled a four star hotel on Google. 2star and 3star designations are affixed outside building.Stayed July 2021. Good location and facilities but the room is hideously dirty. There are leftover Doritos chips in our room, stains in the kitchen sink, on the countertop, and some sticky drink splashed on the wall by the bed. The dustbins have clearly never been cleaned, the shower drain and caulking are moldy, the fridge door handle is sticky and it goes on an on.There are issues with faulty doors, found front door ajar on numerous occasions and no communication as to where to find keys or how to use keys to enter building.Editing to add: management got in touch and offered to clean the room which is appreciated.

This place, for the price I got, wasn't too bad. The location was pretty much unbeatable, and the unit was enough - nice enough, clean enough, big enough. It just didn't do anything much better than that. Except: it was dark, quiet and cool - great sleeps. The cleaning thing was perhaps the biggest thing - again, not bad, but not hotel clean. The kitchen was a bit grubby and lacked some essentials. Also the front door, a door with a code so you can come and go as you please, was often left ajar due to poor construction. I alerted them, no response; I see another review from a month ago mentioning the same thing. This seems like a big deal and them not addressing it kinda sums the place up: a bit loose.

It was our first Christmas in Montreal and the stay at LeQube was one of the highlights of the trip. Our apartment style room was on the first floor and it was the perfect size for two people. Full kitchen amenities (I'm a fan of the compact dishwasher) made it possible for us to heat up leftovers on Christmas when most restaurants were closed for the holidays. Clean 10/10. Great shower pressure. Eco-friendly shampoo, soap, and conditioner provided. There is free street parking - **if you're unfamiliar with the signage, make sure you check out the welcome booklet in the email for the locations (there is a small map). Lovely location and it was nice to walk around the neighborhood.

Me and my partner had a great time :). Even though there’s no contact check in, they were very helpful online (quick replies and very kind). We slept so well the beds were so comfy omg. And the atmosphere was wonderful. The neighbourhood was beautiful we found so many amazing restaurants and shops lots to do.

I was supposed to stay at this location from June 16-20th, but the apartment I was staying in was broken into the evening of June 17th between 7:30-8pm and all our personal electronics were stolen. The property manager was difficult to contact, and I have only heard from the LeQube team once since the event. LeQube charged us the full cost for our stay, despite the fact we had to find a new place for the remaining 3 days of our trip as the latch for the fire escape window was broken and the frame damaged during the break-in. I would not recommend the St-Denis location to anyone.

This is hands-down the best AirBnB in Montreal. Everything about this place was perfect. The contactless and key-pad check-in was a breeze. The room was gorgeous. The minimalist design was perfect. I loved the high ceilings and the big windows. The room gets a lot sunlight during the day. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotless. It came with everything we needed. The location of this AirBnB is unbeatable. The lobby is cute and has some amenities too. My favourite part was the rooftop and jacuzzi. I spent the entire long weekend there. It was the best place for a long weekend getaway. This will be the only AirBnB I book in Montreal in the future.

Staying at LeQube was wonderful! Me and my partner stayed 2 nights for a weekend vacation and the location was great, lots of little walks to find great stores, restaurants, and cafes. The staff were very responsive and helpful, and the no contact check-in and check-out were easy and enjoyable. The jacuzzi was also awesome and accessible at any time.
