Ottawa Duct Cleaning - Colair

From the time I contacted them till the job was completed, the Colair team was prompt, responsive and transparent. The prices were fair and there were no hidden costs. From Jamie's responses to Cameron's in-person service, it was a pleasure dealing with them. They come by their reputation justifiably. Cam showed up at 7:59 am for an 8:00 am appointment and explained things to us. We were invoiced a couple of days later so that we could assess how happy we were with the service. I would not hesitate to refer Colair to anyone. They are amazing!

We needed our clothes dryer vent cleared as it was preventing the dryer from operating. I called on Sunday - Jaime was so nice and she able to squeeze in a service call for us the next day! We were really grateful for this as they are extremely booked. Cam arrived right on time in spite of the first snowfall of the season. He fixed the problem quickly - he was very friendly and professional. We are really happy with the service we received from Colair and would definitely recommend them. Thanks for a job well done!

Cameron came yesterday and cleaned our system. He was polite and friendly and happily answered questions and supplied information. He did a thorough job - 19 vents plus cleaning the AC coils. We are completely satisfied with Colair's service.

Cameron did a wonderful job of cleaning my ducts. He showed me the before and after pictures and the difference was incredible.Jamie was lovely to deal with over the phone - professional and understanding. From the first to the last correspondence, she maintained professionalism. I appreciated the text reminding me of the appointment.Although I still have a problem with my dryer vent, they came back & did all they could to fix it. Even though it was almost a year later, they returned and didn’t charge me for it.They charged the price the quoted so there was none of upsell nonsense that a lot of places practice.I would highly recommend Colair to everyone. If you haven’t had your ducts cleaned, you probably should. I wish I had done mine years ago - I wouldn’t be looking at a large construction bill if I had done it last year.
