Placed an order at 4:47 and it showed up just after 6.... watched the driver go into different subdivisions and I guess that would explain why my food was cold too. Major thumbs down and won't be using this service again

They say they delivered my food to an address other than the delivery address I used. I went to the address they say they left it at, and there is no food there. They refunded half my order and say they're charging me half based on that I had the adjacent address listed as being nearby for GPS purposes, because my home can be hard to find. They've been using that address/delivery note combination for months to deliver here without issues. They say they are not responsible for it, and say it could be possible the residence of this address collected the items at this time

Extremely poor service. 8/10 times we order, items are missing. They really need to get it together! I cancelled my account and will gladly pay the fee for skip the dishes-atleast I get my full orders

Absolutely the most amazing customer service and communication ever! First time using them yesterday, and although the restaurant we ordered from had a mix up with our order, ADD stepped in and kept on top of constantly updating us, and completely rectified the situation on the restaurants behalf. They truly went above and beyond, and for that reason, we will be using them from now on for all our local restaurant cravings! Thank you!

Apparently 30 minutes between my order being ready to it being delivered to my house is acceptable. Sadly won't be using this service again until they reevaluate what an acceptable delivery time is. Disappointing because the restaurant had my food ready in time, it just took too long to get a driver there and have it delivered, so I had to rate the food quality as poor, affecting the restaurant's rating. Airdrie Dash was nice enough to refund me 50%, but the low rating is solely because they feel that your food just sitting there for 30 minutes is acceptable.

Missing items constantly and takes so long to get my order. We also use my son's account alot more often and same issue. I dont know how when ordering through you items are usually missing but not with Skip
