Went in to buy a bedroom set and the stuff they have on the floor are all the models that have been returned for defects and damage. The bedroom set I wanted to see they didn’t even have in stock. The gentleman Charlie that helped us out was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and this review has NOTHING to do with him, just as the store itself. It’s a MASSIVE store and the inventory is very slim. Very unfortunate and would not recommend.

Having been dealing with the Brick in Guelph even though it wasn't in our area for the last 13 to 15 years I'm really upset about the interaction my family recently had with the Manager in Guelph by the name of Seymour! When dealing with Charlie and Travis ..two salesman who were great ..I was surprised by comments made by Seymour about his salesman.. they are just salesman

Terrible... sales team lies to achieve sales... I purchased a mattress and bed frame. Went to pick up frame the day after it was supposed to be ready but they still had not disassembled it to be picked up, had to wait over an hour, not to mention the missing hardware. Mattess was purchased with the promise of being delivered on the weekend, that quickly changed to the following week... then changed once again to a couple weeks after... disappointing experience, will not be returning... do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...

Leah Walker helped me buy a washer and dryer. I’m on a budget and she got me both for what I could afford to pay. She also gave me her home number and called to follow up After delivery. She was helpful and knowledgeable and over all just a pleasure to deal with. I’ll be coming back to her next time I need something. And I also gave her card to my friends.

Went in yesterday with my husband looking for a mattress - although we did not walk out with one that day, we had such a positive and informative experience. Ghalib (I believe that is his name) was so above and beyond knowledgeable and helpful. We know now exactly what we want out of a mattress, and if we do not return for one, we will be returning to buy something as he deserves our business. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, I had a smile on my face because of him. Even beyond his customer service, he left such a positive impact on me. What a valuable employee The Brick Guelph has, I look forward to coming back!

Very happy with my experience. Great customer service and pricing for the futon I bought. Salesperson Leah was great to work with and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond for me, she deserves a raise!
