Great honest pawn shop.One of the best pawn shop in East Vancouver. Professional staff, always very helpful and always gives the best prices. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else, it's the only place that won't rip you off. has a great selection of electronic goods, guitars, jewelry,watches.

I don't know why they say they're open when they keep the door locked all day clearly not open and if it's going to be the excuse all while we're pawn shop and we like to keep the door closed while you have a whole counter of protective glass inside the store to hide behind so why would you keep the door locked and wait make people wait out in the rain when they're there to spend thousands of dollars sometimes not a good way of doing business

Bought a phone from them and the not only lazy but super unprofessional staff member ripped me off charging me $150 for a google locked phone that was not worth more than $75. In the end im out$200 and the phone is a paperweight. 0/10

For some reason my previous post didn't go through :( The selection of guitars and jewelry blew me away - they got some very interesting pieces. Will definitely be back since the guy behind the desk is quite knowledgeable and friendly by the way, told me they get new items on a regular basis.

Shop is clean and set up nicely.Called and asked if they will take carved silver jewelry. Person on the phone said absolutely, yes. Took in a limited edition carving and was offered $30 for it. The man said “these don’t ever resale and it’ll be hard to get rid of it so yea, $30” … and tossed it back into the box….FYI I took it else where and got new hundred for it.This shop was rude and cheap. Not recommended

Complete waste of customer time. I called in and owner agreed to take in specific product. When I arrived they backed out from a 40$pawn for something that was worth 500 and new. Complete waste of time.

New management is worse than the old guys, pretty sure the new manager posted the last review. Came in with $1500.00 worth of camera gear and he said the max he'd loan is $80. Total ripp off artists, beware and boycott this establishment!!
