Unfortunately they ruined the gym, used to be the best gym in the center but they removed a bunch of equipment in favour of empty space & the CrossFit crowd, many former members have left.

It is a great place. The only problem is that one of the best Pilates group courses on Thursday night has been canceled. Now all 7 pm students have migrated to 6 pm, and the class is very full. It's hard to register in advance, the number of seats is limited, and the training room is too small for so many people!

Had a subscription here for a year but barely used it, because the place just didn't feel inviting. Took a few group classes and they were OK. I remember one room in the basement that was used for yoga that was really old a bit smelly - if I am going to put my face near the floor, I do appreciate a clean, maintained floor... in the gym the equipment was not the newest but very ok. There's trainers there but don't expect any help or corrections of your posture unless you pay extra for personal training.

A lot of thefts in the locker rooms, BE CAREFUL!I got my wallet, cellphone, and keys stolen. Thieves broke the lock and took everything. They are aware of the classes schedule. Those are not occasional thefts, they happen frequently and the administration doesn't put any warnings on lockers. Another person had his locker open one week before mine, the keys were stolen and used to steel the bike locked outside.

Went for a spinning class at this center, the equipment was top of the line (new bikes) and the instructor (Xich-Ve) was awesome with a good mix of pushing your limits and having fun. Would recommend to anyone that wants to have a sweat (rookies like myself or experienced spinners")"

I have good experiences with them.2 weeks ago,I was there to complete my documemts to register my sons to summer camp.Margaritte at reception was super kind and so nice with me.Mme Pascale was so fast to respond to my demand.Even,my sons passed with them 2 weeks camp For new year.Mme chatouille et M.Teletubie,both had a friendly behaviors with my kids.The only problem with them it is the pick up time.if it was until 18hfor kids summer camp,it would be the best.

They have good swimming pool, which is now free! Anything else is overpriced. To access the stationary bikes I'd have to buy a full membership which costs an arm and a leg. Thanks, but no thanks, Eco Fitness which is not too far away is way cheaper. What supposed to be affordable and accessible sport center has become a commercial enterprise.

Good equipment, large pool, but smelly and old changing rooms. The lockers with showers are also not on the same floor as the gym. Not a nice experience to have to shower there after your workout which is why most of the people who train there just go home to shower.
