Waited for my wrap for 10 minutes, while watching the workers stand around doing ABSOLUTELY nothing. Then they make it and it's not wrapped properly and everything is falling out. Even heard them say with smiles on their faces that's gonna fall apart when she opens it aha" as I walked away.. this is why you shouldn't hire young children. They don't take they're job seriously

The supervisor Sophie was no help to me when I went back inside after they messed up my order. Took 5 minutes to get some service at the counter then another 10 just to remake one breakfeast sandwhich, unbelievable.

Zero customer service!!Seven people working the drive-through, I stand at the counter for five minutes and am completely ignored with 3 other customers. I loudly say “hello”, when everybody working looks at me and then looks away! Then I ask if there’s seven people working why no one at the cash? They all look at me and then look away again!. Great customer service!!!

Tim Hortons is just okay. I only ever have coffee from there while my crew is out working as there is usually one in every small town. Rarely will you have a pleasant interaction with someone over the drive through speaker. I recommend ordering over the app and picking up in store. There are less chances that your order will be wrong.

Travelling. Needed a bathroom. It was handy.There was a lot of toilet paper in the garbage disposal. Seems to be a lot of locals don't know that the Dyson air dryer is for your hands, leaving the only source of paper in the room, for purposes other than they might imagine.I've been in Ecuador recently. There, you carry paper in your pocket, or napsack, because the free" washrooms

Don't come here for iced coffee or expect much from the staff unless you get this one girl working drive through, she's young, blonde and full of smiles. She is the only thing I go to this location for

It was clean and nice inside, staff was friendly but for a Saturday I do feel they could benefit from even 1 extra person as it did take a few mins for someone to be able to even take my order.

This location often disappoint us. This time i order chai tea DD and guess what i got black tea.Few weeks ago we order bagels with butter and we got big think layer of butter on bagels. If you don’t feel sick definitely after eating that big chunk of butter you will. This location need to fix their service.

Air conditioner was broken, it was so hot inside. The staff from the window service were walking around with hands in their pockets while the counter people were swamped with people walking out!
