We have dealt with Picov & Kleinberg regarding a number of real estate transactions over the years and are always pleased with their professional approach and friendly manner. It's a pleasure to work with them.

I have been insulted by Ken and my experience with him is the worst I have ever encountered from any law firm. He judges you by your stature and I know this because the property in the same complex I had purchased. This similar unit was also was purchased by a physician and he cared to explain details of the contract for over 2 hours which for me he wouldn’t even spend 10 mins.

Very Professional and Reasonable fees

Can’t say enough good things about my interactions with Ken. Had to close a deal with very tight time restraints and Ken and his team went above and beyond, going as far to coordinate paperwork over the weekend so we could sign at 9 am on Monday morning. Not sure this deal would’ve got completed without their help.Highly recommended.

I don't know why the rating of this firm is not high. Mr. Kleinberg is the only best real estate lawyer I've met so far in Canada. I had engaged several real estate lawyers in the past, without comparison I don't know how professional, responsive and helpful lawyer could be. Mr. Kleinberg is not only professional and knowledgeable (he knows the history and situation of the real estate matters and of course understands the law), but also responsive and attentive. I will recommend Mr. Kleinberg without any doubt and I will continuously engage him for all my future businesses.
