Mohammad and James have been excellent in their dealings with me with regard to a purchase of a 2023 Outlander GT. Their professionalism, lack of pressure, taking the time to talk and discuss over the telephone as well as keeping their word on several topics is completely here commended. James kept his word to me to the cent when there was no written commitment - only a telephone verbal assurance - to do so. We plan to add the car to our company which is a more economical and reasonable price. After searching different companies and branches, we decided to deal with Mitsubishi. Visit three other departments and sellers, making a deal with Mrs. Shay in 1885 Clark Dr., as a salesperson who was friendly, professional, honest, and responsible regarding her job and client was our best chance.Making a deal with Shay regarding the 2023 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE CROSS GT was a good one.

I bought a car from this dealership, I dealt with David Delea and Andrew Goh in the dealership they were very helpful at explaining everything in great detail as this was my first time buying a car. I also received great advice on what I needed to get going on the road in terms of what warranty I should go for and tips in the event I ran into trouble with the car. David and Andrew were very helpful and very detailed in every aspect of the deal.

I reached out for a test drive and Mo, the sales rep, responded promptly. He followed up and scheduled a test drive within a week. The staff were welcoming and helpful- it made my experience as a first time car buyer very peaceful. The Finance manager, Christine was thoughtful and knowledgeable.
