They have a new “no bag” policy. But it really means no back packs. You can still bring in large purses to steal items at your hearts content, stash items in large jackets and walk out. But to have a sealed pack on your back is a theft threat? Get out of here with this nonsense. I have expensive items that I paid for along with my medication in this bag and I will never part with it. Mostly for fear that your staff will steal or damage my property.Big thanks to Canada Post for supporting this small business and not labeling me a thief upon entry.

Completely useless, why have display models of computers if they are locked with passwords. Requires you to listen to unknowlegable sales people drown on about nothing, some people just want to look at differerent models themselves without the useless sales pitch.

I needed textbook references printed out for school, and while I was successful at printing them myself through self serve, it ended up being a combination of portrait and landscape prints even though it wasn't laid out like that on the document.Alex took the time to quickly go through all 460 pages and rotate the ones manually for me, and the whole print department is fantastic. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!Thanks guys!

Today we went in to browse blue tooth headphones for an upcoming work trip. We did have two associates check in on us but not really offer advice.We purchased a pair of headphones, returned home and realized they were RF headphones. We immediately returned to the store, and I planned on exchanging them for a more expensive pair of the same make.It was less than 20 minutes from the time of purchase but because we opened the box they refused to return or exchange. “It’s on the receipt”.We went across the street to The Source and got a great pair of blue tooth headphones and great advice.As a local business owner, I have purchased all of my electronics from our local staples. Today the lack of customer service cost them all additional future business - I will stick with companies that support their customers purchases.It was literally 20 minutes from the time of purchase to the time we noticed the error. Ridiculous.

We've had to use copy, fax, print and ship at this store. They have excellent photo services. The staff are always friendly and very efficient. The prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend going here.

Wow, I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews because I've always found the staff at this store to be very friendly & helpful. I was there yesterday to buy some items and within a couple minutes I had 2 store employees ask me if I needed help finding anything, which I did.I've never had an encounter with a rude or inattentive store employee in all the times I've gone to this store.

I went in for printer ink, and waited while two employees chatted nearby. I then made the rounds around the laptop, tablets, earphones, went back to the ink and then to the Apple product with still no offer to help. Yet another customer walked in shortly behind me and was greater and asked right away. Thankfully he pointed out that he noticed that I had been there for some time before him without assistance. To my surprise their response was that they would come and assist me once they finished helping him. I don't know if their was some socioeconomic assumptions being made or it was simply a lack of attention because they were busy talking about their girlfriends but I was extremely disappointed in the customer service experience. Even when bringing up that I had not found what I was looking for, once arriving at the cash, it was an oh well" attitude

I had a pleasant experience with 2 ladies in the postal department here. I recommend this place, they always say hello and smile to you and ask you how you are. It's a nice feel and I think they have a good team there!

Has a good variety of products but the staff is really unhelpful. I requested help in the laptop department and was told to wait for an associate, after 5 minutes I inquired again and was told to wait....waited another 10 minutes and nobody came. Not the first time I left with nothing after being ignored by the staff.

While they occasionally haven't got what I go in for, they will call a nearby store to see if they have it and get it set aside for me. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
