Dry Cleaning Spot

This is the worst dry cleaning service I have ever used. They damaged my clothes.....I wish I could have given a 1/2 star rating. Avoid this place!

10/10 would recommend! Friendly staff, attention to detail, professional results - what more can you ask for? I am a proud repeat customer as my experience through the Dry Cleaning Spot's quality of service.I dropped of a bunch of items and received and a follow-up call from Naresh to go over possible alteration options and cleaning concerns with some vintage items. I found this call very honest and helpful as he gave me peace of mind and managed my expectations.Excellent service!

I brought some linens here that are used for wedding stage decor and needed the stains removed. The turnover time was quick and they were able to get it done in just 4 days. However, when I went to use them after getting them dry cleaned I noticed all the stains were still there and noticeable. Upsetting results considering my bill was over $200

Completely unprofessional - did not acknowledge their error when my item was not cleaned. No effort was made to remedy the situation. Not only was the service not rendered, but they were also very rude on the phone, and in person.They did not apologize, and made it sound like it was my fault.AVOID AT ALL COSTSA zero star rating should be available for businesses like this.

My sister came here to get her brand new engagement party dress dry cleaned when she picked it up (the first time) and there was a brown stain down the middle, brought it back to be charged again for them to try to get the stain they put in the dress back out and then when she picked it up the second time theres 2 new spots on it and it was all wet and wrinkly. Called the owner he said they steamed it and immediately put it in the bag cause they were too busy and had no time to dry it because they had a deadline to meet for the pickup of the dress?? and when i asked him what about the stains in the dress after we picked it up he says “we don’t put stains in dresses, we remove them”. Weirdo!!!! Considering there are 3 stains on this BRAND NEW DRESS that were never there before. Would never go here or recommend anyone to go here. Their 2 google stars are a very accurate representation of what you’ll get

I made a 2 piece suit and took it in for it to be pressed. i have just picked up my items and the coat has not been pressed. The lapels are not pressed down. The fold in the fabric from purchasing is still in the right sleeve, a fold where it was in my closet is in the left sleeve. The hem on the sleeves, bottom and lining are still rolled from when i hand stitched it. An iron never touched the jacket. I would never recommend this company.UPDATE the suit they cleaned for my husband was covered w stains. There is a large stain on the front of the jacket and stains down the entire back of the jacket. I took the suit in for a refund they refused to refund my money and wanted me to leave the suit so they could clean it again. I have a wedding to go to in 2 days and was not leaving it w them again. I have taken the suit to another cleaners and they said it looks like oil and are not sure they can clean it.

We sent in items to be hemmed and after five days they came back and were the wrong length. The staff (owner?) Was very apologetic and had it redone as a rush job, which was nice, but we'll never go back. We also found this shop to be a bit pricey.

My fiancé recently brought her engagement party dress here to be dry cleaned, when she picked up the first time there was a brown spot/stain she noticed that wasn’t there before. When she brought it back to the store ( same day, within a few hours) they said they would have to charge us again for the stain removal and dry cleaning. We only then picked it up after the long weekend to have the stain removed and a new one added that wasn’t there before and was EXTREMELY wrinkly and wet. I highly recommend taking your dry cleaning else where as they did not put customer priority first and double charged for something that is not acceptable.

Naresh is phenomenal! He’s typically not at this location but assisted the clerk Jessica with my questions on my mother's beaded dresses. Let me explain how he certainly exemplifies the true meaning of providing customer service! Unfortunately, today, when I was arriving to retrieve the laundered dresses for my mother for a wedding tomorrow (Canada Day - where they would be closed for the holiday), I was notified she had a medical emergency and drove to the hospital. She’s fine now and at home; however, the detour to the hospital didn’t permit me to reach the store before it closed. I messaged them on Facebook and asked for their help! Naresh met me at the store and provided me with both dresses! He didn’t ask for anything but the required price! He refused to let me pay double for the inconvenience! As we were leaving, I saw him return to the store, and I asked him if everything was ok. He answered that he received a message that another customer had a similar circumstance of not picking up their items needed for tomorrow, and since he’s already here and helped me, he will help them too! Naresh is genuinely the best example of the true meaning of customer service!

Ruined my clothing/incompetent cleaner! If I could give the Dry Cleaning Spot (Stoney Creek) location zero stars I would. I brought in an array of nice clothes suit, men’s dress shirts and some women’s blouses. Upon pick-up, not only was it extremely expensive, but they damaged my clothing beyond repair and didn’t even clean the clothes properly. I had to return the suit to be cleaned AGAIN as it was still dirty. Every time, I took a shirt out to wear there was a problem with the garment. The men’s dress shirt I brought in was from Greece and the sleeves were completely scorched and burned. They ruined this one of a kind shirt which was devastating. Upon my multiple trips back and forth I spoke with the store owner Naresh who was rude, inconsiderate, demeaning and arrogant. He provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I explained the inconvenience of having to return multiple times, the clothes not being cleaned and worst of all the shirt they ruined. Naresh made it clear he did not care and had no regards for my business or the care of the clothes. He did not offer a refund or to compensate for this one of a kind shirt, that I specifically took to the dry cleaner for it to be done properly. I will never return to this location and highly recommend you don’t waste your time or money here either.
