I would recommend this company for quick and thorough service. Zack was great and friendly. We are moving out of state and needed service ASAP. They were very accommodating.

For the price I paid $208 for my 2 bedroom 800sf condo, to be honest, I am not happy. On the phone we agreed $158, but when the service person came, he wanted to charge treated spot, one spot is $25. My carpet is only one year old, it's not that bad at all. For one and half hours service this is easy quick money. The carpet is not like brand new again like he claimed. Also I don't like the mark the pattern that the machine left on the carpet. I prefer the straight line that steamer left. And at last he pushed me to leave him positive feedback right on the spot, I refused. I just wanted to share my true feeling with public. Be careful! A lot of hidden cost in this industry. Next time I may go with big company like Sears. Big company seems more honest with their price.

The work itself was ok, fast and efficient. I don’t have complains even if they couldn’t do much for a stain of cat urine. They explained me why and I understand that.The only problem is that there was a LOT of pushing for extra rooms I did not request in the estimate online, extras etc… I ended up paying almost the double. So yeah, be prepared to say NO a lot from the moment they step into your house.Also, I know cat urine smells awful and you can’t clean it properly, but maybe don’t suggest I should keep my cats on the sun room because they “can survive the cold and they won’t ruin your carpet”. Personal comments in general don’t make you feel very comfortable.Again, the work was ok, but I don’t think I’ll come back.

Great costumer service! I had Fernando come to my home and clean my carpet it was great he did a great job. I definitely recommend him!So happy with the Job now I can have my baby craw in a clean fresh carpet!!!

Zach was great and accommodating. he was able to remove stains. I wasn't disappointed as the website & CSR said $169 for 5 rooms and was told the total would be $194. Only received 3 rooms and the stain remover is $20 per stain. the carpet does look a lot better.

Renee came to our house to clean the carpets and did a fantastic job! He was efficient, arrived a bit early and was well-prepared. He was thorough and considerate.

This company did a no call no show and sent me a survey as if the service was carried out or completed. Very unprofessional. Gives the impression consumers aren't important enough to consider common courtesy. This company is worth ZERO stars. Very off putting and unfortunate...
