I didnt know about this place until I was referred. It’s located at a convenient place,easily accessible by TTC which was nice.I got men’s perm from Leia, and she did a great job. She was also very friendly so the process was a lot less boring.The shop is well maintained and spotless.All in all, a nice hair salon to go to!

I had my hair coloured by Sage. During the consultation, she explained what to expect so I felt comfortable getting my hair done by her. At the end of the appointment, she even styled my hair a bit by giving me waves. I was very happy with the end result as the colour looked great! The reception staff was friendly and helpful as well. I got compliments from other people as well. Thank you, Sage and the rest of the team! :)

I recently got a men's hair perm by Leia at this salon, and overall, I had a great experience. Leia was professional and friendly, and made sure to listen to my concerns and preferences before getting started. She was knowledgeable and skilled, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process.The perm itself turned out well, and I was happy with the final result. While it wasn't necessarily something that blew me away, it was definitely a noticeable improvement from my previous hairstyle.Overall, I would recommend Leia to anyone looking for a men's hair perm. She is a competent stylist who will provide you with a quality result and a positive experience.

I just had my hair coloured. I love the quality of this salon and the excellent style. The location is close to North York station and easy to find.The designer, Leia, is very kind and technically very good. I really recommend this salon.

Yina cut my hair as I like it- blunt with no layers with exception of the ones I’m growing out. She consulted with me about going blonder and then patiently did a full head of highlights. I’m VERY picky. So purple shampoo / treatment was a bit ashy for me at first, but I have washed and styled it and it is how I like it! Sunshine California blonde!! She even showed me the toner before she applied it, so I wasn’t fearful of it looking tragic. Yina Transformed my hair with precision from blah dull and strangely brassy to a cute blonde. Thanks so much Yina! AND she is a total sweetheart. My attempt at washing and styling is the first photo. The second one is Yina’s work!

My first time at Fiorio. Had my cut with Leia. I had a bad haircut and came in. Note, they ask you to leave a review right then and there for the promotion offer.I didn’t really get the cut that I had in mind but she said it was the best she could do given the short length of my frontal layers. I did tell her it was okay to chop off my hair. It didn’t take too long to the point I was surprised. I’d say a 5 minute cut with 10ish minutes in styling. I’m not dissatisfied overall but it seemed minimal effort for what they advertise. I’ve had nice short cuts before and this didn’t compare. Other places would really get in and do their absolute best, ensuring your layers were all falling right, the bangs were done right, etc. Leia asked if I styled my hair and when I said I often don’t, she said then it wouldn’t really be noticeable for me to have thorough layers. Not really what I’m paying for…I feel mixed as to whether I would have been better off not having gone. Personally, I don’t know many salons that would let you leave without a perfect cut. For me, the goal was to fix the flow of my layers. I prefer to pay for a nice cut so I don’t have to maintain it. I didn’t feel I got either.The front desk employee also looked like she couldn’t wait to leave. There was a lot of snow but it wasn’t on me to schedule at that end slot, as it was what was scheduled in for me by the salon. Not sure I’m the right person to be upset at. It was just the two of them at the salon.I also don’t recommend getting a cut an hour before closing. Also, please read the low ratings first. I wish I did. They share my sentiments!Thank you!Edit: In response to the review, way to gaslight. I specifically asked the second time for layers and to have them transition. I asked as she did not give me any and I was shocked that her first cut was work she was satisfied with. She could not have spent minutes on the cut. I doubt she would admit that. On the first round, it is possible to fix layers while maintaining length. She was fixated on maintaining long layers which I never expressed to her but regardless, I told her she can go short. Ask her if I said that. As well, I never mentioned anything about customer safety. The front desk lady was absolutely rude to me when I was paying for my cut and leaving. I could tell she wanted to go home. How is this in any relation to ensuring customer satisfaction and safety? As well, at that point, I never expressed any negativity. I didn’t express it as I did not want to be rude. But what stylist tells a customer that layers won’t be noticeable and so they’re not necessary because I don’t spend hours styling my hair? I had to ask her to give me layers nonetheless because it was what I was paying for… My experience, especially in comparison to other salons, was rude and abysmally poor. If this is your way of responding to a customer, good luck! Maybe you should listen to an objective, random stranger who has no reason to leave such a review than the views of the two Korean girls there alone that evening who are telling a different story.

Went in for a bang trim and hair styling / blow dry with Leia. Was very satisfied with my results, Leia was very attentive to my needs and requests, and overall great experience. 10/10 recommend booking with her!

First time here, and I must say I absolutely do not betraying my regular hairstylist! The staff is nothing short of friendly and pure gems. Came in for a hair colour and it’s exactly what I wanted. Would definitely come back again!
