Great people with lots of love for the pets and very helpful and knowledgeable about food and snacks.

Phenomenal Customer Service! They worked really well as a team, from initial phone call to visit, with helping me find a new food for my cat based on a specific criteria. Every time I pop in to grab litter, etc, the vibe of the store has been really friendly, as well.

Love this place. Super friendly staff and the BEST selection of toys I don’t see elsewhere. I get almost as excited as my dog to visit this store.

Cut right to it. The staff is friendly I have never had an issue, they will answer any questions at the same token they will leave you be if you request that as well.Prices are on the higher side, but let's understand this is a premium store. This isn't No Name, Prez choice stuff. They have real meats if you are looking for this, special kinds of milk, and treats that you will not find in some big box store.This is what sets them apart from the Big Box.I shop there a bit, but I can not afford always to buy the food they offer for my cat. I do not blame them, this is not their fault.I appreciate that I have the option to be able to buy a premium food product (and I might add they have clearly premium products such as cat and dog toys, specifically the cat towers.) Again, if you look at big box stores and theirs, you can see clear differences. But I also appreciate that I can buy lower-cost foods elsewhere.Take the time to learn the difference. This is a small business that provides higher-end products/foods for your pet. And I would bet if you walk in and ask what the difference is a friendly staff member would take the time to explain

Love the staff here! They are always helpful and pleasant to talk to, and the store has a wide variety of high-quality foods, treats, toys, and shampoo products. They will also order in whatever you need and call you when stock comes in, really outstanding service.

Global Pet foods is our local pet shop in Midtown. Friendly staff, lots of different products. They have our hard to find dry cat food from Italy... they also have a nice selection of cat toys and cat nip. Sorry no info about dog stuff, they do have lots of stuff for dogs but I don't have a dog so I don't really pay attention. Good store, good staff. Go see them. Oh they also have a loyalty program.

Always welcoming and have a lot of variety for cats and dogs and some things smaller animal's great store.

Finally found a leash that met the size and length requirements I was looking for and it was well priced. Very pleased as the items available.I think the woman at the cash was having a rough day as I made a comment about being happy to finally finding the item I was looking for. She ignored my comment and asked me if I wanted a receipt and said bye. The other man working was nice though and asked if I needed anything. Hope she has a better day ☺️

Bought an expensive jacket for my dog. Went out and came back 30 minutes later because the jacket was not a good fit. The manager, Reynille Uy refused to refund the coat because my dog wore the coat out 5 steps to the car. (The two girls working there had toldme it was fine for my dog to try it and if I wasn't happy to return it). Poor management decision not to refund the jacket- I went to Global on Eglinton and they helped me out no problem. The Global Pet store at Eglinton West is a friendly store with great customer service. Global on Yonge- NOT SO MUCH. I will never shop here again. This store has a history of bad reviews. The management response is unprofessional.
