When our house was built, the contractor used an inferior shingle that was curling, wearing out and blowing off during storms after only 10 years. We shopped around with many local roofing companies to replace them with a better product and a different colour. Of the companies that even bothered to call us back, Macbeth Bros were quick to give us an estimate and had the best price.Darin Macbeth was very helpful, answering our many questions on product, color and style for shingle products as well as providing samples for us to choose from.Throughout the job install, the installation team were friendly, efficient and cleaned up all debris before they left. Quick estimate. We contacted them a couple of weeks ago and we got the estimate today. Best price so far.

My landlord hired this company to replace our roof. over the time that they were doing our row of town houses and the row across there were numerous the blocked the road for people trying to leave as they were chatting with the delivery team.After finishing our roof they left a pile of shingles and stuff on our roof for over three weeks causing unease for those of us close as we worried it could have fallen off the roof.This week the finally cleaned up the back area something i can give them some slack on because on the snow. We still are finding nails in the back and are concerned this may become a danger moving forward.overall we felt that it was not handled well and if any of the tenants buy a house we will all be looking else where.

I would have loved to given a 5 star rating as I have no doubt that they do good work. The problem is good luck getting a quote out of them. Despite several phone calls, 3 months after initially contacting them, they still have not sent anyone to look at our roof. I can understand companies being busy, but tell your customer that instead of continually telling them they'll send someone this week". Its not like we're in a remote part of the island or that it's 'too small of a job". Hopefully their installation crew is better then their sales team."

We have used MacBeth Bros roofing for many of the cottages at our resort in Cavendish over the years. We always thought they were thorough and did quality work and, after two hurricanes in the last 4 years, we can confirm that not a shingle was lost. Thanks for your good work!

They gave me a quote and we booked the job, I reached out numerous times after - always being told we were one of the next jobs, and would be here in the next week or two. Never have I heard from them to do my roof until the following season, and he still wasn’t sure when they would get to me, but he was certain the price had gone substantially up, and he was now unsure he could do the job without hurting my pool in the back yard ( he asked how much it cost to have it installed and went on to say the price increase would be good considering they would have to be careful with the pool - the pool was there when I got the quote and I would of hoped they would be careful with the pool anyhow) yesterday I cancelled as I am worried if this is the type of customer service they offer- I am not taking any chances on their quality of work perhaps being the same.
