From the first moment of contact, everyone at BDO (Michael, Naraini and Lynne) I've dealt with has been amazing: completely non-judgmental and supportive trying to help me through my hard times.Naraini, my case worker, went above and beyond to help me, she was understanding and knew so well how to make me feel better and calm down when I had melt-downs & was freaking out about my situation and additional challenges thrown my way.Lynne, my counsellor, was also very warm, understanding and approachable. She as well, was wonderful at making me feel less overwhelmed and feel more positive again.My initial contract signing was with Michael and he was also very kind and patient, esp. when I was technologically challenged.All in all, I would highly recommend BDO. :-)

Words cannot express how comforting it is to have Michael and Marcia during my Consumer Proposal process. Both make the process seamless and less terrifying. When one has to make the decision to better their financial situation as a long term goal, this choice can be very daunting and difficult. However, the kindness along side of the knowledge and professionalism that both Michael and Marcia provide to their clients proves to be priceless.
