Being an insurance broker, we get to see TAG in action first hand both with the clients as well as the backoffice service they offer us brokers.Apart from their tracking system being incredibly effective, insurance rebates offered as a result of the installation, the staff offers most efficient service to us brokers.We receive regular positive feedback from our assureds, consequently I have no qualms referring TAG as the benchmark tracking device (True in 2020). The system is also widely recognized by most insurers as the only qualifying deterrent device for target vehicles.

Terrible service from the technician Peter, broke the leather on my steering wheel and not admitting it. He has a very big belly. Please ask for another technician not Peter.

Fast efficient service. Bright clean waiting room with complimentary coffee and water. Less expensive than getting TAG from the car dealership, although it is for 5 years of service instead of 7 years (which is fine if you have a 4 year lease!)

Superb service, very quick installation while you lounge in the waiting room with coffee and other amenities. Tag itself is an amazingly effective system too, very affordable for what it offers, too.

Installation went great, but when you’re car is stollen don’t expect much from them. Tried calling twice. No answer. On the third try someone finally answered and there was ZERO sense of urgency. Car is long gone by then. Ridiculous.

Was served by Tony at the L'acadie service center all I can say is this how customers should be served. Tony was amazing took his time to explain the system was patient and was amazing. Would definitely recommend my friends Thank you Tony
