Placed an online order for Mountain Bike, received an email that the Bike was ready for pick up which it clearly states on the email subject line. The store was surprised and indicated that the bike was actually not ready for pick up. Misled by your team that it could get done even though the store was going to be closing soon. Shortly after closing and waiting for 30 minutes, the tech indicated we would have to return. If we were told this at the beginning you wouldn't be reading this review.

I'm not the person who leaves Google reviews, but I have to say something about the 2 guys that helped my girlfriend and I with fitting new bindings to our snowboards. Matt and Paulo (I think) were friendly, helpful and professional as soon as we walked up to the service counter.My girlfriend had new step on" bindings that she wanted put on her board

The staff named Azhar, working at in store service shop , is really unprofessional and pretty bad attitude. He installed a new grip for my racquet on June 29. But the new grip was broken on June 30, my son just played with it for 10 mins. When I came to the shop on July 2 lunch time, his first word is “ The grip replacement is no warranty period. It is not my fault. You should not hit the ball at this position of the racquet.” I added the photo of this broken grip as the below. He really wasted my 3 times driving from home to Sports Chek 2460 Winston church store in the past 4 days.

I found this location to be large and well-stocked with items as well as kept very clean. It wasn't busy and the staff was very helpful on the floor. My issue was at checkout where the cashier seem to not know what they were doing very well and even put in the wrong product number through and I had to correct her mistake which was very obvious.

It's huge inside! Clean, was pretty empty when we went which was great. Had the whole place to ourselves (Friday night at 6pm). Big section for Atmosphere.

Went to return an item.Upon reaching the cashier, I said I am returning.The cashier didn't hear me and went ahead charged the amount to pay.I said that's for returning. (Again.)The cashier stared and said rudely, You didn't say that."What does it take to just edit the transaction or paying closer attention or just apologizing and not pointing fingers?I have returned many items at this location without any problems.Was going to stay back and look at their deals but needed to leave right away. Disappointed."

There's a lot of good brand names there fur shoes and apparel that's for sure. I'm glad hockey equipment has gone down a little in price. The store is clean and staff is very helpful and courteous. They are definitely following covid-19 guidelines. There's plenty of parking as well.

SportChek has a good selection of sportswear. However the selection could be much better. For a store that claims to be a premium store, it has no bags available for customers without paying for them. Typical Canadian Tire mentality of nickles and dimes. I wish they can fix these issues, it has the potential of being a true blood premium store.

Poor variety on running shoes, at least for men. Some different brands and models but ALL of them look the same style. No nice classic Stan Smith or tennis like nike or adidas good old timers
