Very willing to help, polite staff and they will help the moment they can; they don't even look at the clock an say it's kinda late because they know getting yourself or your loved one out is important to you so they make it important to them.. I called Always Me Bail Bonds after a bad experience with a different agency and she was extremely helpful. She called the jail to get all the info and called me back and explained exactly what I was dealing with. Even though she was unable to bond my husband out because in our specific situation we can’t use a bondsman (which I didn’t know until I called because this is all new to me). She was not only extremely informative but she was also beyond caring and sympathetic to the situation I am in. She knew she wouldn’t make any money off of me but she continued to spend a great deal of her time on the phone with me explaining everything and offering resources to help me and my family. During this difficult time I am beyond thankful that one person was kind enough to give me some helpful advice and a listing ear.

Had everything set to go then called the lady to meet and she declined my phone call for over 45 minutes.

If I could give them less than one star you know I would. These people giving anything more than one star clearly did not deal with Tim or his business for more than a day or two. My loved one was in for a very simple charge and they got their money and he was let out after some paperwork and a friendly conversation with Tim himself, whom he personally knew. Weeks later they start harassing us and blowing up people’s phones DAYS before my loved one was to be sentenced saying his bond was revoked and they wanted more money. He had done nothing wrong and they did not try to contact us before in any capacity, until they showed up requesting basically the bond amount once again for missing check ins that we were unaware of, once again because they did not contact us. They sent out bail enforcement agents who questioned my family and his and harassed us until he went to the jail and turned HIMSELF in, which was his intention. They harassed me, my family, and went down both of our friends list offering people money to tell them where he was because they wanted to collect their money, a sum of which we were unaware how he could have been able to request. Walk the extra few blocks and go to uncuff me instead, Tim made my life hell and I wasn’t even on the bond in any manner. This is someone else’s google account because I don’t want to be harassed again for telling the truth.

Willing to work with you also payment plans I've known the bondsman for some time now he's pretty cool but, remember it's a business just like any other place check-in on time. Contracts are contracts so I would advise that everyone" read before you sign but

This place is the best!! My girlfriend and I were hrs from home on vacation ended up in jail. The owner went out of his way to help her. Not once have I heard of a place helping as much as they did.

Crooked people run this business. Once they get their hands on your money they tell you anything just to keep your money. I tried 3 times to take my money and title back and was told all sorts of bullshit. Now Im out $750 and my loved one is still behind bars. Not making this mistake again. Forget using a bondsman just pay the 10%. At least you get that back if your loved one makes all of their court dates.
