Great little shop, they need more employees though! Very busy when I went in and there was only one person working. She was great though! Good prices and nice selection. ☺️

We were able to gather hard to find pieces for a one of a kind costume for our child for Halloween. The staff were very helpful and made several excellent suggestions that really brought the whole costume together. They had a huge selection of costumes, make up, wigs, and accessories to purchase, and lots of costumes to rent as well. Check it out.

I have been going to Audrey's for years as my first stop for Halloween costumes, but it saddens me to say I won't be back.I went today looking for a wig to complete my son's werewolf costume and they would not let me take the wig outside of its packaging to see if it would fit. Also all sales are final". I will not pay top dollar for something sight unseen with no returns.The pop up Halloween stores have better service (they let you take costumes out of the package) and are cheaper."

After a frustrating experience at another dance boutique, Audrey's was able to assist me in obtaining the dance shoes I required promptly and with great service. Thank you!

This store is super cool however it was not made clear to me that I could not get my money back if I returned an item. I was told if it doesn't fit bring it back... So I did... now I have a $100 store credit I likely won't ever use and am pretty annoyed.

Wonderful costume store where you find a great variety of costumes for adults and children year-round. They also carry accessories you might need to complete your costume. There is a costume rental as well. And they also have dance suits/leotards, shoes and tights in a great variety of sizes and styles. Prices are not particularly cheap, but in normal range.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Check items carefully!! I bought two pre-packaged Halloween costumes there while passing through Kingston. Got home and opened them and one has coffee stains on it and the other is ripped. I'm guessing that they were sold, worn, and then returned and put back up for sale without being properly checked. Neither is wearable. I'm out about $150.Also, when I entered the store a very haggard looking staff member asked me if I needed help with anything (good so far) and then when I said yes and explained what I was looking for, seemed annoyed and said he was short-staffed and he'd help me if/when he could (super-weird flip).Strange place. Buyer beware.
