I had an outstanding experience with Sohail, who runs a UPS business. I needed to print some important documents, and Sohail went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and offering great suggestions to make my printing job look its best. I was notified my parcel pick up was ready at this location, I go there only to be told it was not there. I asked why did I get notified that it was and sales clerk, who imo was not at all trained in customer service told me to call company. She was not at all interested. No initiative to assist this senior. I went home, call UPS was told someone would call me by 7 pm, no such call, this am I checked tracking online and now it says, customer picked up". If only!! Now
