It is disappointing experience with the builder because during our selection day, we had only few basic colors and styles of bricks and tiles to choose from. We only had left over. We feel that they were trying to find way to cut cost for sure after living for over a year. For every single upgrade we had, it starts with 3k or 4k minimum, at the end it is not cheap at all, it adds up quickly. So after a year, the house is still standing, no major issue luckily. Make sure to take your time during the selections, don't let them rush you.
