It's been almost two months trying to get someone in to refill our vending machines at two locations. This is not the first time it has happened. There's no clear date, no direct person you can contact and the person who I'm in contact with, does not have a clue what's happening on the service team end. Our account was placed on COVID status without letting us know?! Dealing with this company is sheer frustration..

I normally don't complain about things but this machines has gotten under my skin. The beef jerky that is 4.75$ has gotten stuck twice now and I have pictures. I'm editing my previous review as I was able to connect and get my refund. The flap on the bottom of the bag gets caught under a plastic lip on the vending board.

Horrible customer service. The ir machines are old and leak and they never ever pick their phones please avoid them at all costs. Giving them only 1 star because I have no choice else they deserve no stars at all.

Out of stock, never use change because 90% of the time it'll be eaten and you want be able to get it back. Seen it 7 times out of 9 happen to people. Work at a hospital and they never refill it and it's been 3 months.
