Rev 1:They hired more/better morning staff and the service has improved greatly. Thank you for listening to the reviews.Rev 0:Been going here on and off for a while as I work nearby. One of the slowest Tim's I've been to. Many times the person in front of you in line is out the door with their order before they even take your order. 10 to 15 minute wait with 4 people in line. Please hire more morning staff.

Line up is very large, however they move quickly with only one till open. Coffee is made quickly. I found it strange with my bagel though as I got it toasted with butter on the side that I had to ask for a knife and no napkins. Oh well.

I've been getting coffee here for about a month now and in that time the front window and entrance way have never been cleaned. The streaks on the doors and by the buttons have not changed in weeks and weeks. Completely unsanitary conditions. They do not clean the tables or chairs and they just flip the cleaning cards over and walk away.

Nice looking. Poor service and quality. I’ll walk to another one every time despite this being across the road. Long waits. Poor communication.

The staff are nice, but generally management seems quite lazy. They never have decaf when you ask, it always appears they are too lazy to make it. I've witnessed this three times this week with different colleagues. They advertise soups they never make. Only make chicken noodles but lists other types on their menu. When you order something that takes more than 30 seconds they seem to roll their eyes.There is one slightly more mature lady who works early. I see her in the morning. She is one of the hardest workers there and kindest people at the location, but after 7am she seems to be relegated to the back. They need her to train the other staff.

Coffee taste, especially cold brew is not always consistent, found a hair from a timbit, had wrong customization a couple of times, but mobile pickup is fairly quick

Friendly service with a smile. Allowed me to plug in my phone. Saved the day helping me get home. And stay out of the weather.
