Staff not knowledgeable about own product. The golden fried chicken looks nothing like the photos. Many better other options out there.

Same great flavours and chicken as the other previous locations but sadly I feel like the garlic soy boneless order was missing a few pieces and some sauce and was a little light compared to the secret sauce boneless chicken order. Great location so I’ll definitely be back unless this becomes a constant issue

This BBQ Chicken is very close. I was really looking forward to it before they opened, and today I tried to order take away. Although it took 15 minutes on the way home, the fried chicken was still crispy and the chicken was very fresh. The only problem is that my favorite Hot crispy is not sold here, but the others I think are very good.

Ordered mala and galbi boneless chicken and waited 30 mins as they said. Employee gave us the order of one golden fried chicken, not what we ordered and did not apologize for this behaviour until the end. She questioned if i ordered the right thing, and made us wait another 20 mins. I have my receipt and she rechecked it as if i wasn't just there and the only one ordering atm. I did not see the next customer order so this is pre unacceptable that they do not check receipts when giving out orders and we did get some fries as compensation - however for the mix up and slow customer service I would reframe from coming back here. Its the disinterest from the workers and frustration for me.

Their fried chicken is so delicious and great! The quality is high as usual and I really love it! It’s a great experience and I will definitely come back.

Saucy! Pretty good chicken, got the secret sauce chicken boneless for takeout and they were doing a 20% off for their opening month! Meat was juicy as well

Great place for fried chicken especially their red chak chak chicken is too good. Must have it hot though.

Got the golden fried chicken. Decent tasting chicken, but some of the pieces they gave us barely had any meat on them and were just bones. This is why I took away some stars. They're offering a 20% discount right now so take advantage of it. In my opinion, it's not good enough for me to buy at regular price ($21) .
