Went to get a table transparent plastic material for my gazebo's window, and I was assisted by 3 nice friendly staff member since the price wasn't on the roll and they gave me 2 options. Service was fast and store was well maintained and clean. I will for sure go back and refer people.

Fabulous selection of fabrics, nice staff and quality sewing. My regret is that the curtains I ordered have too many pleats too close together resulting in a very gathered top so they don't quite cover the window.They called and very generously re-did the pleats so the curtains now fit and are beautiful. Thank you so much. Very happy and impressed with the service.

3.5 most of the time - they have a great selection of garment fabric, although as others have mentioned, can be a bit pricey and somewhat disorganized. I go there mainly for the comprehensive selection of interfacing, elastic and other notions - better quality and customer support for this stuff than Fabricland. I have never tried any of their home decor services. Helpfulness of staff seems to vary day by day, but go during the week if you can.

Good selection of fashion fabrics at pretty good prices, staff was a bit unfriendly though especially when I mentioned I was shopping for fabric for a cosplay. After speaking with some cosplay friends they said they have had similar experiences.

Service and selection excellent. Was able to find exactly the fabric we were looking for. Some deals were going on we did not know about and were explained at register. Staff id extremely friendly and helpful. Order was received in store in a timely fashion.

Great selection of fabric. I originally thought it was just furniture/drapery but they have clothing fabric as well.I purchased fabric for a dress.I HIGHLY recommend this store. Great customer service. They spent time with us and gave suggestions.The pricing was great during their annual sale. And even regular price i found to be good for what I was looking for.
