Terrible experience. I was told it was fine to have my dad view the apartment since I was relocating from out of town. Applied for the apartment and they made it sound like I had the apartment, called my references and everything. Then crickets. I called for 2 days trying to get a hold of someone. Finally called me back and said I had to book a viewing of the apartment as they can't rent to me since I hadn't personally viewed the apartment. She also commented that I shouldnt have put all my eggs in one basket". I explained I was in the final stages of the rental process last week. She said she would check my file and get back to me

We had to use the Realty Store to rent our our home last fall after the market crashed and we weren't able to sell our house (a stressful time for us as we were moving as well). The Realty Store found excellent tenants quickly and their management fees were very fair. They responded to questions immediately and dealt with the tenants concerns quickly. All around Tamara and her team are very knowledgeable and responsive. Would highly recommend The Realty Store to owners and tenants.

This place is good. I have used them to rent out my unit for a few years now, and they take care of everything. I love to read the bad reviews because they are all people that I would never want to rent out my unit to. Keep up the good work, guys!I want to thank you so much for everything you and your team did for us from rental right through to the sale of our place. You have taken such good care of us and we are so happy that we found you. I will be telling everyone of the amazing job you guys do!

0 star ! Please just avoid this company .They will try to charge you for things each month . With very bad maintenance. Rude staffs even the lady answering the phone in the receptionist . STAY AWAY .

I've rented a house from this Property Management company for 4 years. They have been fair to deal with and have pleasant and competent staff. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a rental to check their website and grab a property if it suits your needs. Conveniently located with ample free parking. No language barriers. Reasonable hours of operation and have an after hours line in the case of an emergency.

I have owned several homes, I would never trust this company to manage a garage let alone my house. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. Watch your invoice for extra charges. I suspect the 5 stars are from friends. Honestly, be careful when dealing with this company.

Did not like the service I received here… went for a viewing right after work and seemed as though the lady judged how I looked and did nothing for me! Told her my price range (which was $1600) and she only told me property’s that were $900 to $1000 and then said (if your ok with being in a sketchy area this would be good for you) I thought my price range was reasonable but apparently not to her! Later I found out there was a beautiful condo for lease from this same company and it was listed while I was looking but she didn’t even mention… and said there was already an application on that place so that we basically wouldn’t have a chance. We found a different company and seen that the same condo was for rent that we apparently wouldn’t have been able to get since there was an application and because we hadn’t viewed it yet!

The realty store has to be one of the most unorganized companies I have ever dealt with. We were moving from out of town and were unable to see the place beforehand. They were extremely uneducated about the unit they were trying to rent. Informing us they were not sure of the size and that we would have 2 parking spaces for the unit (we discovered it was 1 space after moving in). A lot of the pictures they use in postings are not necessarily that of the place you are going to view. You have to be careful with them upon getting your security deposit back. They will 100% try and sneak any little charges in that they can. I will second a few of these posts in saying that the maintenance manager, Ken, can be quite pleasant to deal with. But outside of him the entire company seems to be a terrible combination of uninformed and shady employees.

Seriously, avoid this place at all costs!! The Realty Store has no respect for your rights as a tenant. We rented a space for 6 months and twice they had people enter our unit without proper notice. In addition, I came home once to find one of their staff walking around outside the door and then when he saw me there he asked to come inside to check something. If I hadn’t come home I’m fairly certain he would have just gone in. They will try to charge you for things that are not on the lease agreement so if you do rent from these guys make sure you understand what you are responsible for and don’t allow these guys to cheat you out of money. I will say that their maintenance manager, Ken, is great to deal with. Unfortunately he’s the only one as far as my experience went.
