Unprofessional, extreme lack of communication, and disappointment, are just a few descriptors of this company. They assigned installers who did shoddy work, it took several attempts on our side to even have Journey communicate with us. Yes, Matt did come back and correct some of the issues created by his installers, but when we asked to have the niche installed corrected to a professional quality (which is what we thought we were paying for), see pictures of the final job - zoomed slightly to show the poor quality workmanship - Comments from Matt at Journey as follows The tile for the niche is marble

I could go on and on about our experience with Journey flooring !! Matt is so great and such an awesome person to deal with, totally goes above and beyond for his customers, quick to reply to every phone call/text and quality work ! The whole team at journeys made everything go so smoothly !! Would recommend them anytime to anyone !!! Highly highly recommend ! Visited Journey Flooring in regards to having our bathroom re-tiled.Met with Matt, & my wife & I felt that he was just the best. Read reviews as posted here & thought this is the place to go.That's where it ended, communication between Matt & installers was next to nothing, we had to be on top of them to insure work was being done correctly. Matt was difficult to reach & didn't seem to really care. The finished work was not the best & we voiced our concern & again Matt wasn't fazed by the imperfections. Overall, very unprofessional & in no way could we reccomend Journey Flooring.
