The worst warehouse service I've experienced in 16 years of work in this industry. On May 31st they still haven't processed the shipments arrived on May 24th!!!!

Went to pick up a shipment that arrived on a WestJet flight that they handled on behalf of WestJet. The agents at the front desk were cordial and pleasant to deal with, with my item arriving soon after I got to the office. No complaints here

Dang! feels like there has been changes. The visit in this morning was professional, pleasant, respectful and efficientDue to this, they deserve upping my stars from 1 to 4 but will leave my negative review intact for the next trip in to better reflect if it's a permanent change or a one-off. Simply due to the pattern I've experienced over years of horrendous service.WestJet, you need to cancel your contract with ACI third-party shipper!!WOW!! I'll start by saying I have been air-shipping for 25 years (Air Canada/Jazz, Delta, Alaska, United, American...) with either good service or at least nothing worthy of complaint, this is the only shipper that is consistently lousy. Holy crow! ACI Cargo has been consistently the worst, flippantly rude. If you are sending a loved puppy to a forever home, WestJet 'needs' to be your last resort. If they treat furry guests as they treat cargo customers, stay far away, may not survive.Just this week's non-sense for example:Yesterday, No one at the front counter, when someone does show up, they answer all the long phone calls first. 20 minutes later they say the flight's (2 hours from now) cut-off was a few minutes ago, come back tomorrow. Tell me there is nothing they can do and that the same flight details apply tomorrow. All this done in a rudely flippant tone. It felt as though they did this to intentionally refuse my business, to decline with an angry joy.The next day, again fight through 1 1/2 hours of tight traffic. This time they tell me the flight today was earlier than yesterday's (taking-off in 90 minutes), that I missed their cut-off again!!! Come back again tomorrow, for a third day!! Seriously? At least he was polite.While I'm there, staff seem to 'find' a cat they have misplaced in one of their rooms. Wonder what the excuse will be for missing THAT flight? Hope the cat was ok.Every time I've used this West-jet shipper ACI, it's as though they intentionally sabotage to create a bad experience. I read through the other complaints and it quickly becomes obvious that WestJet does not care or they would address.Clearly too little competition. Only failing companies treat customers with such distain because there is no other alternative. It's inexcusable and unacceptable. I will forever avoid WestJet Cargo and specifically ACI.
