We found the entire process of selecting and purchasing items for our new bathroom felt very good overall. There is literally an endless array of different products available in the marketplace so the ability that Laszlo , the showroom manager, had in helping us navigate through the selection process was much appreciated. Subsequent questions were responded to very quickly and their pricing was solid and competitive. I like supporting smaller businesses rather than the big box stores... this was easy to do with Waterflo. I would recommend them to others.

Great service. Went to pick up some 2inch parts for a special project the counter. Person was helpful and friendly. Prices are OK, I mean not the cheapest place in the city, but definitely lower than big stores like home depot or Lowes
