NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Port Perry

John is very rude despite calling me back all frustrated. No patience what so ever. Sounds like he's on steroids or hormone treatment. Asking what I'm calling him for after elaborating on what I'm getting done to my vehicle. Someone get this guy a protein bar... Never shopping here. Glad I called first

Bought a part asked if it was the right one before paying and the guy said yes! Now i get home it's the wrong part in the right box. The box says it's the part but inside the box is the wrong part. Mind you the part in the box has been opened. Now I call napa Port Perry where the purchase was made and the guy apologized and said will he will look after me for the inconvenience which was accepted. Fast forward to returning the wrong part and the guy argues that it is the right part which i had to say you go get the same part and compare which he does realize he was wrong but to add insult to the injury one of the employees scorfs at me for asking what about my gas! Never going back there again! Have respect for the business transactions if not for your clients! Especially if as a business you have been deemed wrong and proof was provided for your incompetence.

Took a picture in of my Service Parts identification to order paint because the codes found in on that sticker. Was advised by Peterborough location this is what I needed to do. Went to Port Perry Napa because it's closer for travel this week. Guy working tells us oh you need to figure out where the code is I don't know which one it is. .........why is one location telling me to do this and they will be able to order and another guy who works at the paint counter doesn't know what he's looking for. That's great customer service.

Like most NAPA stores they have everything a mechanic needs for parts & supplies but the staff here are excellent. My go to parts source.

Usually has what I needed and good staff
