The only thing better than a sale at Boathouse is a sale at the Boathouse Outlet Store. I have found many great quality t-shirts, pants, sweaters and cardigans on sale at this location for extremely low prices. I have to admit the staff are not helpful whatsoever and will often not acknowledge customers as they enter the store, but if you like shopping individually for a bargain than you might have a decent experience. If you require a fitting room it is admittedly quite difficult to get an employees attention long enough to have the door unlocked, but the quality of the clothing almost makes up for the poor customer service. Clothing at full price is far too expensive but more often than not it is discounted in some way.

was looking for tank tops when a representative asked if I needed help. I told her I was just looking. She then insisted that I take her help. Again I said I was ok. She then proceeded to move me out of the way of the shirts I was looking at and demanded to know the size I was looking for. Realizing she was on a mission I told her and let her get me a size. Then she told me that it was important that the store stay clean and that the shirts stay folded for the other customers. I guess I didn't count as one. Terrible service so I just left and took my business to another store. Too bad because I like the products but I can't buy from someone like that. She needs to find a new job if she doesn't want to re fold in a clothing store. Seems like that might be an ongoing part of the job.

Horrible service, horrible discrimination and just an overall bad experience

Every other location I have had a great experience but this location is awful. There are two younger boys who are great and super helpful but I went in to buy a pair of shoes and the lady helping me out wouldn’t give me the time of day and finally when she acknowledged my question she was extremely rude. I wasn’t 100% sure what size I was I assumed a 7 but I didn’t know for sure so I wanted to try them on, she didn’t let me try them on and told me she had better things to do. I am extremely upset with this visit.

This place is way over priced! They will be the next store to close. We found the same pants at H&M for half the price.

Today January 21st 2023the girl in a pink sweater blond hair was very rude when I checked out. I took 2 shirts off a cart that says 2 for $29.99 when I went to check out she said one of the shirts were from the other shelf and it wasn’t part of the deal. She went to go get a white shirt that was part of the deal but when she came back I asked if they had a grey one instead as that was the same colour as the one that wasn’t part of the deal. She huffed with an “ok” and went and got a shirt that was in grey. She aggressively opened a plastic bag and give me for my items and didn’t smile or look up. She was by herself and that’s stressful I know but when I’m working by myself at a daycare my mood changes for the better when I’m with a parent. Leave your mood at home. She didn’t get a thank you from me.

I've always loved The Boathouse. Great clothes and the most amazing staff who are always really helpful. One of the staff members named Jessica is super friendly, helpful and she went above and beyond for me! Jessica, you're a rockstar! 5*

Staff here was super nice and approachable. Great items, good prices. Can't go wrong. For anyone into roller derby, they carry roller skates too!

Terrible customer service. The store does not stand by the quality of their products. I received a coat from the Boathouse for Christmas. I wore it once and the seam by the zipper ripped. I tried to exchange it for a new one and they would not exchange the coat. They said since I wore it once, there was nothing they could do. I tried hard to explain it was a quality issue. A coat should not rip at the seam after one use. Still they would not exchange the jacket.
