Wanna try the bubble waffle today. It's just $4.50- so I get an original flavour at 4pm today when only 2 other customers got a drink.The waffle was warm and left the shop. I took a bite but it tasted uncooked in the center.... So I torn off the puff and found the center in different colour. So it's not cooked....

We got the salted egg yolk bubble waffle and the black sesame & chocolate bubble waffle. They were really good but the filling is super inconsistent; you find some bites that are really tasty and some bites that are extremely boring.**edit: I previously gave this 3* but I’d like to redo my review. I went back and retried the salted egg yolk bubble waffle and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend if you like salted duck eggs!

We got the Oreo bubble waffle, but it seemed undercooked? Really soft...and kind of wet inside? I showed to the staff and they just said yes all cooked". Maybe this is just what bubble waffles are supposed to be? But we won't be having it again. Also no washroom."

Very cute themed bubble tea shop.Got a hot classic pearl milk tea to keep warm in the rain on a walk around the city centre. The service was quick and friendly. The menu has classic drinks that are adored along with toppings, as well as a lemon series specialty to go along with the theme of the shop.Will be stopping by again to grab a waffle and drink soon!

Small place. There's a cashier complaining something about something while I was there. Pricey Taro and Purple drink. Tasteless. Not an enjoyable experience.

I ordered the Oreo bubble waffle and Lemon Yakult with Aloe( Add Oreo topping). The bubble waffle is freshly made and crispy. The Lemon Yakult is very delicious and suits well with the hot weather. I was enjoying the drink when I was walking to English Bay. It is very refreshing and I think 8 dollars (including +0.6 dollar for Oreo) is very worthy. I definitely recommend all of you going there to buy a drink and walking in Downtown!

I just had the peach mochi yogurt and it was absolutely delicious! The juicy peach flavor and the chewy mochi was delightful. You can taste the fresh peach in the drink. The creamy texture of the yogurt made it even more satisfying. I highly recommend trying it if you're a fan of fruity and indulgent treats. My friends tried the mango lemon slushy and found it incredibly refreshing. It's a fantastic option to beat the heat and revitalize yourself when you're feeling hot.

From a price point, this location is quite expensive as additional toppings are +1.50 (but I’m not from Vancouver, so maybe that’s normal?). However, the pearls were perfect (soft yet still chewy) and the menu they have offers a nice variety of drink combinations.On a street with large neighbouring bubble tea chains, I feel as if this is a smaller hidden gem that is worth trying! They offer unique bubble waffle flavours that I haven’t seen before. There is a small bar area, but this is not a dine-in location. There is no washroom.

Best green tea with salted cheese in the world! Best package for a drink like this! The cream should always be separately packed up for a take-out! To me, the way you package it and the taste make you the best tea shop in Taiwan, but It’s such a shame that you closed all branches there though. Now I have to travel aboard to enjoy it.

My favourite combo at Happy Lemon is Lemon Pineapple Green Tea with Pearls & Original Bubble Waffle. The pearls are chewy and the pineapple bits add a sweet texture to this refreshing drink. The bubble waffle comes in a cute paper wrapper, the outside of the waffle is crisp and the inside is soft. The taste is okay, I find the price ($4.80) a bit too expensive but it is a good fix whenever I crave some bubble waffles.Bubble waffle takes 10 - 15 minutes to make, recommend to order through Ritual to save on wait time at the store and earn Ritual points.
