Went in today with the possibility of needing orthotics. The gentleman I saw advised me I didn’t need them at this time after a very thorough exam of my feet. Very impressed with his knowledge and honesty. I will return here in the future and would highly recommend. Very nice staff.

We highly recommend Jeff and the staff at Bioped Kanata. My Mother's complex needs have been kindly and expertly met. Important to honour and thank him too, for standing by his products and care, (no matter how we begged to pay) he insisted on total responsibility when a product didn't work out. Excellent, knowledgeable, and lovely people!

After having some foot pain and knee issues I had a consultation with Wes and bought custom orthotics. Then my Dr prescribed a knee brace Wes did some research and made a recommendation. I really liked that he presented me with options and discussed the pros/cons so I was able to make an informed decision. I am very happy with the brace and have regained some of my mobility and independence. I highly recommend Bioped to anyone, they are truly caring professionals that are part of your health care team.

I've been here for 2 pairs of orthopedic inserts and I am quite happy with the results. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are also quite helpful in regards to work benefits too.

Thank you Nina for your help with finding me some great compression socks. I was dreading having to get compression socks as a 30 year old. Nina made it fun and very simple for someone who has zero knowledge about compression socks. I appreciate her taking the time to show me how to wear them properly :) Will be back for all my compression socks & foot care needs :)

The service was good, I would have given a 5* rating except that when I ordered my custom orthotics last summer (Aug 2022), I was told that if order a second orthotics within a year, it would be at 50% cost. So when I came back this year (July 2023), I was told that the 50% rebate is only if I had reordered within 6 months (not a year - as I was told). Hmm... disappointed.
