I had previously given it 5stars....changed my mind!!!! First of all, the doctor came across genuinely friendly and caring. Until I found out that he was trying to pocket $$. I have a Union that will cover my hearing aids. Even though for 2and a half weeks i called my Union and him, back and forth, all i got was that I needed to pay cash upfront. Gave him the info from my union. Kept telling me I still needed to pay cash for half my hearing aids BEFORE my Union sends him the check for what's owed, otherwise he could'nt get the hearing aids i needed, even though that's not accurate. NEVER MENTIONED TO ME THAT ADP" (Assistive Devices ProgramOverview. The Assistive Devices Program ( ADP ) helps people with long-term physical disabilities pay for customized equipment

These wonderful people go above and beyond! They have been there for me for the past 5 years. I just got my new hearing aids and they are absolutely amazing. The tech set them up so well that I feel like I can hear like I did before my hearing loss. I rate them as a 10 and highly recommend this location.

First rate experience with the folks at the East Main Street clinic in Hamilton.. Really helped me understand my particular form of hearing loss. They put me with hearing aids that fit my life (I’m a musician), and continue to follow up with aftercare. Awesome experience! I would definitely recommend them.

Staff was friendly. They took the time to explain each step of the test before,during and after test as well as explained the charts and results. Would highly recommend
