As good an experience as you can expect, all the staff were very pleasant and there was no long waits. I arrived early they made a space for me and I was in and out with my negative test in 20 minutes. They also seemed to be competitively priced at the time and had spaces free on short notice.

We had a lovely time at the clinic when we visited before our trip to Bali. The nurse was so helpful with every question and gave us our shots with ease. Couldn't have had a better experience :)

I was in Calgary on a business trip and needed a pre-departure PCR before heading home. The entire experience was wonderful! Booking for an appointment online was a breeze; just took a minute. On the actual day, from registration, test to payment, all within 15 minutes. The test result was emailed to me within the day, probably within 8 hrs. Friendly staff, pleasant environment and great efficiency.

Their service from the reception I spoke with to online booking was so easy and of high standard. I was very pleased with the speed I got the result as I needed it 72hrs before I reach my destination.Excellent service!

I did not feel that this clinic was professional compared to the previous place I went to. My appointment ran almost twice as long. A trainee" kept texting and my nurse kept dealing with texts messages over my appointment. Also

Had lots of appointment options, vaccines were available on site didn't have to go to pharmacy and back, got great advice on specific regions I plan to visit. Will use them again!

My fault for not shopping around, but their prices were considerably more expensive than some other clinics. Good for the convenience of being downtown. And staff was friendly. But overpriced compared to other clinics.

Very lovely staff and a great experience. They took time explaining what vaccines are recommended for my selected destination, gave me time to think about them and figure out if my company was going to cover the costs, since it was for a business trip. They also made me have some food before I got 5 doses of various vaccines because I skipped breakfast and they were concerned about me. I thought that was very nice of them, considering the fact that I didn't have to schedule a new appointment. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.
