Gavin is simply an amazing, responsive electrician who was able to fit us into his schedule to make a quick repair on our broken vacuum, and fix a quick broken thermostat outlets with ease. He was personable and accommodating to our kids and hectic household. Highly recommended!

Gavin from BC Smart Homes did a great job on my place. I was preparing my place for sale and needed multiple repairs/replacements on a tight timeline. He was able to come in within a few days and fix all the issues required to complete the sale. Thermostat, bathroom fan, smoke detectors, and garburator wiring. He made an effort to keep me informed as he was doing the work, so when he found some unexpected issues, they weren't a surprise for me at the end when i got the bill. Quality work, honest prices, and great communication.

Matt, Gavin and team provided exceptional service on a rush job to replace our service after it was damaged by a falling tree that took out the supply line to our house. Matt was on site within hours, worked long days and followed up with the city on inspections and permitting to get us powered up again quickly! Highly recommended.

Gavin and his team were super professional and easy to work with. The lighting they installed totally changed the look and feel of our kitchen reno. They worked great with the other trades. The best part, when they were done with the install, they set up our lights to dim so when we arrived that evening, it was super dramatic to come home to. Extra touches were not missed. Put on good tunes and Gavin might even sing while he works. :)

Gavin did a ceiling fan install for me. It thought it would be a difficult job as it required fishing wire through the wall and ceiling and it was a 14 high ceiling and scaffolding was required. It was no problem for Gavin and he did a great job."
