Lovely store, beautiful cat inside that romes freely , lots of pet supplies for any pet I was able to find the silent spinners for my mice that petsmart stopped selling!

My absolute favourite location. My Mom & I have been coming here for months for our dog Milo. My mom always raves of how much she loves the two girls that work there. (I’m not too sure of their names but they work on weekdays in the afternoon). They will know once you tell them my Moms a Timmies baker :)!She refuses to go to another location, I also went to another one & the experience wasn’t as it usually is here. Thank you for being such a great location with a great team!

Well, I used to love this place. I have been there so many times without any issues until last Saturday 18 Feb 2023. As soon as I entered the store, my dog growl at another dog and bang! The new store owner kicked me and my dog out without hesitation. No question asked, nothing... and my dog was even wearing a muzzle!!! I guess new policy post covid... Zero tolerance! Dog owners, you are warned .

Friendly staff at Pet Valu. We purchased a big bag of cat food. We also noticed that they sell food for birds, cats, parrots, fish and dogs. This location has a pet grooming facility at the back. You can walk in this place with your pet for those specific reasons. The prices are very reasonable. Keep an eye on their weekly flyers.

Brought my husky here for a quick bath.Helpful staff. Good supplies and water pressure, and supplies.The dryer was ineffective, but my dog has a thick and poofy double coat; I'm not surprised the dryer didn't work in her.I'll be going back there for sure.

The staff is very nice from the moment you walk in they say hello. You can go directly where you need to go or if you have any questions they are there to assist you. They will also help to locate any product off there shelf to letting you know when it will come in to directing you to another store that has it on their shelf. I have had nothing but a great experience when l have gone.
