One of the only stores in the city that won't price match. With all the chains opening up like Canna Cabana, these greedy people will soon be out of business. If you can't be competitive then I will take my business elsewhere. Just because it's locally owned, doesn't justify higher prices for the same products. Won't be back here again.

I’m sure the staff are great people and all but every time I’m there and ask for help they slap a book down in front of me and walk away. Like thanks but I still need help lol. Don’t really know what I’m looking at. Good products and pretty store though.

Long story short, I came in having a full blown panic attack and crying, and the woman working immediately asked if I needed a hug (I don't know her name. She wears glasses and was working later in the night) and made sure I was OK before leaving. The staff is and always have been amazing. 10/10 recommend

The entire team at The Pot Shack is incredible on every level. The customer service, attentiveness, knowledge, chill environment. Staff is always willing to go out of their way to ensure you are fully looked after and have the product knowledge before you buy. This is the ideal Dispensary in my eyes that carries the brands that your lungs will thank you for! You will NOT be disappointed! Thanks again!!!

By far one of the worst cannabis stores that I have beennever thought I would be using those two words in the same sentence u know worst and weed to be perfectly clear, the person working their right now was utterly clueless about the products and their purpose. Giving me a snobby look and reaction when u asked for some baggies like the ones that are scentless. Anyways just thought that I would share that. HAGN.

I visit this location regularly and buy bud as well as vape carts. My most recent vape cart was absolutely disgusting, the flavour was cherry. It had a very chemical cough medicine taste that stayed in the mouth after only one pull. To me, it was unsmokable. I've had some bad flavours before, but still was able to smoke them. This one made my mouth feel tingly and choked me. I understand you not being able to do a full refund, but not even offering 10% off the next as a small gesture was disappointing. The lady seemed annoyed that I even asked, and seemed to think I was trying to pull a fast one. Maybe that happens, I don't know. But I was going to leave the cart and buy a new one. I decided to just move over to an alternate business. Disappointed in the customer service and handling of that exchange. Heads up, save $40 and don't buy the new chippy cherry diamonds. ( I believe it was called, already tossed it)

Customer service is terrible. If you buy a faulty or mislabeled product, don't expect to be reimbursed for your inconvenience. I absolutely would never return to this store and urge others to avoid this gong show

Wickedly overpriced for stuff that smells like hay. Which is surprising because the guy named Ben that was working smelled like he just got done smoking a fatty in the back. Keeping the good stuff in-house? Either way poor customer service and even weaker grass.Nice that they say my review is fake even though that was my experience at their store. Sad really

Went into the store during their 420 in November event and was simply blown away – it was literally a party in the store with live music! Such a phenomenal atmosphere, well curated menu, and most importantly, the most polite and knowledgeable staff! Ben in particular was an absolute gem to interact with. He can speak to any category/brand/product - truly impressive! Best hours around the city as the store is open late until 2AM Friday and Saturday. Overall, I highly recommend that everyone checks out The Pot Shack on Grosvenor, it’s genuinely an experience and you’ll no doubt walk away with some phenomenal products and a lot more knowledge than you walked in the door with. Well done, can’t wait to come back!
