This is the spot. My girlfriend and I visited St John's in the offseason and this was easily one of the top bars in st johns. The comedy shows were fantastic, including the open mic. Friday night's was absolutely packed so you'll wanna arrive early.Bartender Allen went above and beyond for us. When he heard we hadn't been screeched in, he offered to do it the next night during comedy (said he had to get a fish first). That was a brilliant idea, 10/10 ceremony and I'm real happy we did it here. I didn't catch her name unfortunately, but the female bartender with reddish-brown hair also did a great job when things got busy.

Always love dropping into Erin's Pub! Allan is a warm welcome and there is always a friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you are in St. John's!

Great pub, great events, great people. My partner and I had planned on getting screeched in at another local pub when Allen at Erin's asked if we'd want to do it the next day at the comedy show instead. My partner and I are huge comedy fans so we were definitely down. He went all out, got a frozen cod just for the occasion, brought out the Newfie steaks

I gave the food 2 stars as there is no 'not applicable '. We didn't have food, but the atmosphere was authentic Newfoundland pub with live music. So fun!
