One of the top 3 libraries in the city, miles ahead of the u of M's layout. Has a uniquely pleasant relaxing atmosphere with great views of the city, the obvious plethora of reading materials, private reservable seating spaces and handy public computer access.

I want to give this library 5 stars but I often have issues with other patrons ignoring the sound zones and having loud conversations in the quiet and silent zones. Very frustrating!Other than that, I love the UWinnipeg library. Staff are extremely helpful and approachable, and there are so many different places to study (which comes in handy when you have to pack up and study elsewhere because people nearby are being noisy!).

Aside from dirty sleeping people in some areas, I like it. It’s often too cold. Furniture is ok. It’s huge so be prepared to walk around forever.

This library has a fun Harry Potter kind of vibe the way it's got nooks built all over, like it filled in all the gaps around the other buildings that were already there.The staff are very helpful, there are lots of resources to help you study and write research papers.

If you're looking for a quiet place to study... bring noise-cancelling headphones, you will need them. Sound zones are marked but people either don't notice the signs or choose not to respect them.
