Keswick Veterinary Clinic

Was a great experience, I liked Dr. McNeil's personal touch of calling me in the parking lot to give the synopsis of Ollie's good condition after seeing him. I also enjoyed meeting Tiffany, one of the vet techs who would come to serve clients and take payments. She was outgoing and talkative, she spoke to my young daughter who was eating ice cream at the time, and was super kind with my young pup, who was a little nervous about being at a new vet clinic environment. The only thing I didn't like was the sales pitches during the synopsis call, but all vets do this so was expected. However, I was in a rush so wasn't very receptive to it. All in all, a very positive experience for Ollie's first visit

Great place very good with animals go above and beyond

I recently moved and had to leave my previous vet located in another city. I chose this veterinary clinic because of their ratings, access to two locations, and proximity to my house. I had my first visit yesterday with my cat and was extremely pleased. The office staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. They had a copy of my cats charts ready from my previous vet which Dr. McNeil had reviewed. Dr. McNeil was very friendly and educational. He took time with Leonard and I to get to know us and educate me on things that may be beneficial/harmful (including providing me with resources) and did a thorough exam. They were not pushy with any products for purchase. And one of the ladies even ran out after me when we were headed to my car because I had forgotten one of the pampflets. I also received a follow up call about an hour after leaving with his fecal results.Overall, I am extremely pleased with the care they provided Leonard and with the customer service they provided me. Would highly recommend. Thank you to a wonderful team!!

I have called many places as well as my sister, trying to find a vet to take my sweet baby in for either the day of or next day but every place was booked, even her original vet place, but keswick vet was able to get her in asap and treat her. The vet was informative and able to work with me which is amazing! The staff there are just so pleasant, kind, and amazing! Really loved Andrea too! She is such a lovely person. Overall, I would recommend to anyone :)

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. when my baby was sick they saw her in just a few hrs. very nice staff and the Dr. is great. he explained everything to me and took the time to show me exactly what is happening so I can understand it better. I would highly recommend this clinic.

My dog got a great haircut!!!! It's gone up 15.00 in 2 years it's now 75$ I think I'll be trying to find something less expensive he's just a small dog!!! That's alot

Such a kind staff! Very informative - gave pricing right upfront on the same day - actually went over & showed & explained blood work, x-rays, etc. So glad we found them - been to many different vets & always felt like the $ was the most important thing - NOT HERE! They really give a sense of caring!! I highly recommend them!

They are gouging people for money. It is ridiculous the amount I have to spend everytime I come there, $500 bills at least every time . I changed to another vet clinic and they are super reasonable.You guys should be ashamed of yourselves, bring greedy it’s how you lose business.

Very friendly and are always able to answer any questions over the phone. They don't overbook so you're never waiting very long and if you need a quick appointment they can usually have you in very quickly. Dr McNeil is great and always explains everything about your dog or questions you might have in a very easy way to understand!
